For most custom trips there is a professional planning fee that covers our consultation, research, custom itinerary design, booking management, and support before and during travel, so you know your trip is being handled with care from the very first idea to your flight home.
It is best to reach out as early as you can, ideally 9 to 12 months before a big Europe or river cruise trip, since this gives us the best choice of dates, cabins, and hotels, but I can sometimes work on shorter timelines if availability allows.
